1. Order Cancellation
- Free Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order free of charge within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us at [email protected].
- After 6 Hours (Before Shipment): If you request to cancel after 6 hours but before shipment, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will apply to cover non-recoverable processing fees.
- After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to our policy below.
2. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for an eligible item. Beyond this period, orders are considered final.
3. Conditions for Eligible Returns
An item may be eligible for return if it meets one of the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- The received design, size, or material differs significantly from what you ordered.
- The wrong product was delivered.
4. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be:
- In original, new, and unused condition.
- With all original packaging and tags intact and attached.
- Not worn, washed, or altered by the customer.
5. Return and Refund Process

- Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
