1. Our Operations and Shipping Origin
- Our company, Wah Yi Chi Company Limited, is registered in Hong Kong.
- All our products are shipped from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Processing Time (3-5 business days): This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM PST. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Shipping Time (7-14 business days): This begins once your order is dispatched. It varies depending on your destination.

3. Shipping Costs

- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 USD.
4. Tracking Your Package
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website. Please allow 5-7 business days for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Wah Yi Chi cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
6. Duties & Taxes (International Shipments)
Orders shipped to destinations outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. As the importer of record, you are responsible for these charges. Wah Yi Chi does not collect these fees and cannot predict their amount.
